Our current and well maintained mobile service fleet, which is backed by our total service shop and manned by our experienced service technician’s is always ready to meet your needs. We are committed to your electric forklift needs with a full time dedicated technician to provide on-site and in-shop battery and charger service.
At Bugle Forklift Sales & Rentals Ltd, our personnel are advised to perform the operational maintenance with emphasis being placed upon minimizing your maintenance cost while at the same time, keeping your equipment in a safe and productive operating condition. The series of checks that must be done are intended to spot and correct mechanical problems early, before they turn into costly repairs.
Operational maintenance will be performed at the rate of $80.00 per hour, for a maximum of two hours per machine up to 10,000 lbs. capacity and for a maximum of three hours on machines 10,000 lbs. and up. Parts will be charged extra, a flat rate on site service fee of $15.00 will be charged on all repairs. According to manufactures recommendations, lift trucks should be serviced approximately every 150-200 hours of operating time or three to four months whichever comes first. Breakdowns and unscheduled repairs will be charged at our current labour rate of $104.00 per hour.
