What Data do We Collect?
When you visit this site, our webservers automatically collect a limited amount of data to improve operation of the site. This information is not used to identify you and is only disclosed to our trusted third party marketing partners. This disclosed information includes no personal information and solely is used to monitor our own web traffic. The information that is collected includes the page from which you arrived, the date and time that you connected to this site, the IP address from which you are connecting to our site, the type and version of your browser, and which pages you visited on our site.

You are able to opt out of this collection of information by declining cookies when prompted on our webpage. Personal Information
The only personal information that we collect about you is what you submit voluntarily through our various contact forms. These forms are an intended way to give us your contact details so that we can provide you with more information about the services and products that we offer. This personal information is not sold or disclosed to anyone and is only accessible to our staff. Although your personal information is safe once it reaches our webservers it may not be secure between your computer and ours. We use and disclose client information only for the purpose for which the information was collected. For example we many use client contact information to deliver goods.
Consent for the collection of personal information.
We ask for your consent to collect, use or disclose client personal information, except in specific circumstances where collection, use or disclosure without consent is authorized or required by law. We may assume your consent in cases where you volunteer information for an obvious purpose. For example filling out your personal contact information to “request a quote” when the information will be used only to send you the requested quote.
Should you wish to request the deletion of this data please feel free to contact us through email at m.reid@bugleforklift.com. This data is kept until deemed unnecessary within company email records and communications. However, your personal data submitted on this website is only stored online for 10 days following submission, after which it is automatically deleted. This does not apply to communications between you and Bugle Forklift Sales & Rentals LTD which will be kept until deemed unnecessary. Moreover, cookie and web browsing data will also be kept until deemed unnecessary.
How do we safeguard personal information?
We protect personal information in a manner appropriate for the sensitivity of the information. We make every reasonable effort to prevent any loss or disclosure of your personal information as well as the prevention of unauthorized individuals from accessing that information. This includes shredding paper records and permanently deleting electronic records that include sensitive information. However, if you are unable to reasonably prove your identitiy we are obliged to refuse any requests to information that would reveal personal information about another individual. If requesting deletion of personal information fewer than 10 days after submitting a form on our website please make that clear in your email so that we can remove it from our servers as well. You may also request information about our use of your personal information and any disclosure of that information outside of our organization.
